I had my first go at windsurfing on holiday in France when I was 13, my uncle was my instructor. My older brother bought some kit and could drive, he then persuaded me and my younger brother to club together and buy a board and sail. We would go out a handful of times a year until I was 17, I then learned to drive and had the opportunity to sail more. Going to the beach regularly I soon learned to plane, that had me hooked and all I wanted to do was windsurf. I've had to organize my life and make a lot of sacrifices, I now live in Rhosneigr, North Wales and get to sail almost every windy day!

Ambitions

To become British champion, compete regularly on the PWA world tour. Outside of competition my ambitions are to be able to travel the world, explore places I've never been, meet people I've never met and generally have a great time along the way. Delay getting an indoor job as long as possible!
